Context:
IOM is implementing the Regional Development and Protection Programme North Africa –
Development Pillar (RDPP NA), funded by the European Union (EU). RDPP is a regional
programme aiming to strengthen the resilience of communities, support social cohesion
between migrant and host communities, as well as improve the realization of the rights of
migrants. It also aims at enhancing livelihood opportunities within the five target countries
(Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, and Tunisia).
Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission, and the direct supervision of the Head
of Labour Mobility & Human Development Unit. The incumbent will support the
implementation of RDPP in Egypt, in close coordination with the Regional Senior Project
Manager based in Tunis.
