Request for Proposals: Developing an Options Paper for a complaints and monitoring mechanism for IRIS

IOM is seeking an experienced consultant or service provider to develop an Options Paper with recommendations for a complaints and monitoring mechanism for the International Recruitment Integrity System (IRIS).

IRIS is a social compliance scheme that is designed to promote ethical international recruitment. It works by defining and setting a benchmark for ethical recruitment - the IRIS Standard, and by establishing a voluntary certification system for labour recruiters.
