In particular s/he will:
Assist in carrying out standard interviews with potential victims of trafficking and vulnerable migrants, determine if eligible for assistance, and refer them to relevant partners as needed;
Coordinate the assistance provided to each of the beneficiaries;
Prepare case management reports for each beneficiary in regular basis;
Ensure appropriate data management of beneficiaries, including entering data into IOM databases on assistance and proper filing;
Prepare statistics, and reports as requested;
Ensure the confidentiality of all beneficiaries;
Liaise with the Shelter Focal Point for all cases regarding shelter assistance
Support the AVRR team in the screening of AVRR beneficiaries;
Assist in organizing trainings on victims identification and direct assistance
Undertake other duties as assigned;
Undertake duty travels as required.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
- Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, psychology, business administration or related field with two years of working experience
- High school diploma with four years of relevant working experience
Experience * Excellent knowledge of word processing and a proven ability to work with spreadsheets and database applications; Experience in working with governmental and diplomatic authorities as well as with international organizations
Languages
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
