Requirements and experience:
Proven 100% written and oral fluency in English – Mandatory.
Experience in movements operations, logistics and procurement.
Experience in working with transport providers.
Knowledge of movement management standards and regulations
Experience in working with airlines and knowledge of AMADEUS or other airline system is mandatory Experience in organizing the ground/air movement.
Experience in projects related to migration, protection of rights of children and vulnerable groups, an advantage.
Knowledge of travel document regulations for children and adolescents.
Excellent knowledge of word processing and proven ability to work with spreadsheets and database applications.
Excellent communication skills, customer orientation.
Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure with minimum supervision and attention to details.
Strong organizational and management skills to respond to dynamic operational environment and respond to competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork player.
Willing and able to work harmoniously in a diverse, multicultural environment.
Experience working with international cooperation and international humanitarian organizations, an advantage.
High sense of confidence, initiative and commitment.
Education:
University degree or technical diploma.
